Disappointed in the limitations of the FREE version (by foersters)

I have used Dropbox for 2 service organizations. The concept of sharing documents in the "cloud" is very appealing, but I don't find this to be an easy to use tool if you are technology challenged. There is a difference between having it downloaded on your computer and using it via the web and that's confusing. It also has limited storage in its free version. I was not happy with it as a tool and would prefer to have documents emailed to me.
