He has been named one of The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Agents in the industry four years in a row and has qualified for the Central Valley Association of Realtors® Masters Club production award for 13 consecutive years. As a professional real estate coach and trainer, Aaron has taught over 3,000 agents across North America and led individual agents and teams to exceed $130 million in annual sales. But Aaron’s true passion is serving his clients, and he’s driven to help buyers and sellers from all walks of life achieve their real estate goals. After earning degrees in economics and then business management from Brigham Young University, Aaron embarked on a career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Eli Lilly & Company in Sacramento. Yet he was always drawn to real estate, stemming from his father’s longtime work in the industry. Before enrolling in law school, Aaron chose to try his hand at real estate for a year. During that time, he grossed over $100,000 and decided to devote himself to full-time real estate sales.

As an investor with expertise in fix-and-flip and long-term investments, as well as firsthand experience as the owner of Valley ONE Property Management, he can offer expert advice in property valuation to help clients identify the best return on their investment.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys personal fitness and endurance events, stand up paddleboarding, reading personal development books, serving as the organist in his church, and spending time with his wife and four children. He is devoted to helping others and regularly advises or mentors other real estate agents, would-be investors, and small business owners.
