I am a native of Berkeley County, West Virginia, and Love living and working in the area that I call Home! I began my career as a general contractor, building and selling homes. I became a Realtor so I could sell my own properties. I quickly realized that my passion was the interaction with the customers and helping them through the process, and not the building aspect. So I focused my career on working with buyers and sellers, to accomplish their goals of buying or selling. I found that my knowledge and experience in the building industry was something that I could give my clients to give them an extra advantage!
On a personal note, I am married to my wonderful wife Melissa and we have our first baby on the way! Her name will be Ella Grey Poling, and she is due on October 29, 2014! We also have a shitzu named Josie, and four very sophisticated cats that run our house!
