Real estate, like life, is all about getting the details right. That means being knowledgeable in the market and passing that knowledge to the client. Keeping the clients up to date with every step of the process and making sure they know their choices. Often, there are many people involved in a transaction… Family, friends, other agents, legal advisors, title companies, and lenders. It’s a major part of the job to streamline communication, keep the clients informed, and make the process as easy and as stress free as possible.
Aaron’s approach employs not only a number of proven techniques that has worked for Coldwell Banker agents for over a century. But proactively using some of the latest and greatest technology and social media to successfully market, well beyond the average agent.
Aaron was born and raised just north of Cincinnati, in the small college town of Oxford, Ohio. He followed in his parents footsteps in becoming a teacher, studying elementary education. But soon realized that helping people find the American dream through real estate was his true passion. He is a lifelong Cincinnati sports fan, cheering load and proud for the Bengals and Reds. Aaron is a very proud dad of a 3 year old girl and a little beagle named Sid. When he finds the time, he enjoys working on the yard, in his home in Oxford.
