Get to know Stephan Curcio

Since entering Real estate in November  2007, I was honored with being 2008 Fayette County’s Rookie of the year  and in 2009-2015 was awarded the highest honor in real estate of the Circle of Achievement Award, also being included as one of the top 20 agents Companywide and placing top three in the Fayette County company Location.  In 2011 I was awarded " Fayette County Realtor of the year" which to me that is one of the highest honors anyone can receive. So in four years and in one of the toughest markets in History I have accomplished a lot and with that a lot of hard work, creative marketing and thinking outside the box.  In 2008 I created a 45 minute DVD on Peachtree city which has information On PTC and beautiful Slide shows of the Parade, shopping, schools etc. which I offer free to the Public.        I enjoy spending time with family, bike riding, video games and strangely enough scuba diving considering I never learned how to swim. My greatest love is Animals and Children, I am a facilitator helping kids talk about and deal with Loss, divorce, or death and other issues that may come up in their life and I am also a full-time foster father of Golden Retrievers and happy to say that in 2011 I fostered and placed 80 lucky Golden’s in their new family’s. I also enjoy fund raising and in 2011 Chaired Noel November event which raised a record amount in the last 17 years. With all that said 2011 showed to be my best year in Business. I am always looking for a new Challenge; it is my way of making a difference in the world.

I was Born in Long Island New York and moved to Peachtree City, Georgia 10 years ago. Prior to entering real estate I worked in the jewelry business for over 20 years. During those years I learned customer service, customer commitment and customer loyalty. Besides being a people person and enjoying working with the public, my duties were sales, negotiating and purchasing jewelry for the stores. I am certified in diamond and diamond grading with the Gemologist Institute of America.  Managing for the last 15 years, my responsibilities included design and marketing, and I have designed ads in many local newspapers for many local businesses.
