Hi All. Well this is my second year in Real Estate. I am not a seasoned agent yet, but a lot of people always compliment me on how much knowledge I know for being a rookie. Fortunate it for me I entered the Real Estate market at the end, about 1 month before the market went downward spiral. I worked hard and got some listings (standard and Short sales) but nobody was buying. Joy! I am Thankful things are picking up, some buyers out ready to get Great deals, REO's and I have been networking with a great deal of Investors! I really like the Real Estate business, it's probably because I am a people person. When I help a customer/client out It makes me feel great! I provide my customers/clients the best, what they deserve. Last but not least I do like the pay in Real Estate.
