| Adam has been our buyer's agent in a purchase of a single-family house and has worked with us over the course of ~8 months from start to finish. Throughout this time, Adam has demonstrated an exceptional dedication to representing our interests, prioritized finding the right house for our needs and played a key role in resolving a complicated unforeseen issue that surfaced during closing. After an extensive search, we found an exceptional property, made an offer and successfully entered under the contract. In the middle of closing, an unforeseen bureaucratic detail emerged which was no fault of the seller, buyer, or anyone in particular. Nonetheless, the issue became a hard blocker for the closing to proceed. Adam immediately took ownership of resolving the problem and demonstrated remarkable skill in navigating the situation among all parties involved - sellers, buyers, lenders, title. He worked around the clock, coordinating every step, facilitating negotiations and developing backup options. He proactively communicated the progress with us, often multiple times every day and was available around the clock for any ad-hoc discussions. In the end, we had a resolution that protected the interests of all parties and the transaction closed successfully. What's especially impressive is that Adam accomplished all of this under tight deadlines and expiring contingencies. Looking back, I'm fully convinced that without Adam's effort, the transaction would have likely fallen apart. One part that especially stands out about Adam is his ethical approach to work with the emphasis on having a clean purchase from a legal point of view, no corners cut. On more than one occasion I have observed him making calls to be on a safer side, even if it meant creating extra work for himself as an agent. At no point during our journey we felt rushed to make a decision. It was evident that Adam prioritized building a long term relationship with the customer. To give you an idea, we went over dozens of disclosures together, toured many properties, but never pulled a trigger on making a single offer except for the house that we ended up buying. It's also worth noting that Adam is very well connected in the local market and offered valuable insights into concrete properties and specific neighborhoods. He knew most of the listing agents we interacted with. His network of recommended lenders, inspectors, title professionals, and others was outstanding. We conducted our own research when choosing service providers, but Adam's recommendations consistently proved to be the best options. We were fortunate to meet Adam at one of the open houses and choose him as our agent. I would confidently trust Adam with any future business and recommend him to family and friends. |
