I am a real estate broker for Rock Barn Realty, LLC in Catawba County.  I specialize in golf course homes in the Greater Hickory Metro area.  We offer a variety of options for real estate.  We have town homes, home sites, and established homes.  As for the buyer, I offer many incentives to use me as your buyers agents.  Rock Barn will waive a social membership fee to Rock Barn Golf and Spa for using Roc Barn Realty, LLC to represent you in the buying process.  As for other real estate brokers, I will offer a referral fee to an agent that refers someone to me.
