Personal Information Sandy Tufts Vickrey was born and raised in Winters, CA. She grew up on the West side of town and now lives on a walnut ranch with her husband, John, on the East side. She attended San Diego State University and Sacramento State University. She received her BA and a secondary teaching credential from Sacramento State. Sandy taught for three years at Winters Middle School and four years at Winters High School, retiring from teaching in 1989. Later that year, she started her career in real estate and became a realtor. In 1994 she bought the Realty World franchise in Winters, Realty World - Camelot Winters, Inc. Her office is located in the heart of the business district in downtown Winters. Sandy is always busy helping people buy and sale real estate in Winters, CA. Sandy has the only property management business in Winters and manages approximately thirty properties.
Sandy earned her California Real Estate License in 1989 and her California Broker's License in 1993. She started as a full time, active, real estate agent in the Spring of 1989 and has been busy ever since. She has won numerous awards through the Realty World Corporation for production. She has also listed and sold a subdivision in Winters where she was the responsible listing/sales agent/broker.
Sandy loves working with first time home buyers and helping them understand the process of buying a home and the benefits of home ownership. She also like tohelp sellers. Since a home is usually the largest asset someone owns she is particularly cognizant of this fact. She understands that we work hard for our money and the buyer and seller make the ultimate decision about the real estate process.
