As a licensed real estate salesperson in DC, MD, and VA, I am eager to discover new ways to assist my friends and colleagues in the industry. I also seem to have an entrepreneurial nature and a habit for taking on more work than I can handle. REPSolutions, Inc. Real Estate Staffing was born two years ago as a result of these tendencies. While selling my last new homes community, I mastered the art of employing an assistant. By passing on a number of administrative, correspondent, and marketing tasks, I was able to focus on the most important task in selling homes - building relationships.
REPSolutions now provides this service to others in the industry. We qualify, screen, and train individuals to support real estate professionals. While we started by serving builders, developers, and new home salespeople, it soon became apparent that general brokerage agents, leasing professionals, and property managers value our servies just as much. Last year alone, we provided over 50,000 hours of real estate assistance to the DC area real estate community.
