Now is a great time to build a nice portfolio or to acquire that vacation or 2nd home you always wanted IF you believe the above prescription for wealth building.

This is the time to jump into the market for investors who have a long term strategy and who want to take advantage of both low, low prices and low, low interest rates. This combination does not come around all that often and interestingly, not many in the masses are wanting to have anything to do with them now that they are here.

There's a real window of opportunity for those who subcribe to the advice above, have made the decision to buy and are able to pull the trigger in this unsettled market.

And secondly, I have a passion for finding the very best deals for residential real estate investors who already know there's no better time to build their portfolio than when the market is full of foreclosures and short sales. I scour the market and cherry pick the very best properites that need little or no work and pay close attention to cash flow. Yes, rental properties can cash flow again when coupled with conservative leverage and careful selection.
