Alex Lui is a seasoned Realtor since 1990, when the Greater Toronto Area housing market down turned after the housing bubble in the late 80's. His unsurpassed perseverance and integrity has earned him tremendous experience and trust from clients and colleagues alike. His approach in servicing his clients has always been personal and professional.
He formerly worked with real estate franchise brokerages such as Re/Max, Century 21, Sutton Group and other independent brokerages such as Landpower Realty Inc. and Sincere Realty Inc. Alex is currently working with Right At Home Realty Inc., a new breed of real estate company that enables him to provide service in a whole new level of sophistication.
Alex is adorned with special designations of Market Value Appraiser (MVA - residential, OREA) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR, REBAC). With these special designations, trainings, and experience gained from years as a Realtor, he is able to work successfully with delicate and often opposing relational aspects among buyers, sellers and other realtors. No matter is working with buyers or sellers, Alex's creative thinking, customized marketing strategies and services, and effective negotiation techniques enables his clients to reach their goals and needs.
As member of Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and affiliations with other real estate networks, Alex serves the neighbourhoods in Greater Toronto Area (Willowdale, Toronto east and Toronto), Markham and Richmond Hill.
Other than making a living as a Realtor, Alex volunteers and serves at his church and involves in helping build other families to live an active Bible centered family life. He participates in racquet sports and enjoys exploring technology that can be implemented into day-to-day living. He is married and has three children.
