 I remember when I was the first time home buyer. I didn't know where to start or who to talk to. I was fortunate that one of my friends was working in the loan industry at that time and got me connected to a Realtor. The whole process was scary, exciting, and unfamiliar. This Realtor showed me a few house's and on our first visit she expected me to write up an offer on one of them. I used the old," Need to check with my mom on what she thinks" line, to get out of feeling rushed into something. So naturally when I eventually became a Realtor I promised not to make my clients feel rushed on one of the most important investments a person will ever make in a life time.

 With that being said, I'm Alicia Bedoya and have been selling Real Estate for 8 years . I feel I'm patient with my Buyers, and go above and behond for my Sellers. I consider myself an expert in Horse Property, New Builts, REO's, Short Sales and lets not forget about those First Time Home Buyers.

 I have worked my way up from Realtor to Broker as a agent who carries a Real Estate license, not to mention I hold a Associates in Business as well. My family is where my heart lays and everything I do is for them. My hobbies are taking pictures,watching sports,entertaining guests and good old family time.
