Hard work and heartland values are in my DNA. I was raised in the Midwest by two incredible role models; my dad, a devoted farmer, and my mom, a nurse who became a Public Health Director. Their example shaped my work ethic and drive.
After earning a Business Marketing degree from the University of Northern Iowa, I built a successful corporate career; first as a Regional Director in the insurance industry, then in pharmaceutical sales and finally healthcare coordination where I negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and managed profit strategy.
Eventually, I followed my passion for real estate and relocated to Scottsdale with my husband, Geoff. Together, we launched The Kay-Grant Group, combining business acumen with a client-first mindset. What started as a snowbird getaway quickly became a full-time mission to help others buy, sell, and invest in Arizona real estate.

| We just can't say enough about how happy we were with the Kay Grant Group!! I was in a real predicament with my Uncle passing away in Phoenix and I was in Iowa and Power of Attorney and now executor for him. His house had not been lived in much over the last few years. His home was packed with "stuff" from garage sales and estate sales. He had not done any updates in 20+ years. What was I going to do to clear this out? How would I sell it in that condition? Our solution was Kay Grant Group & the owner Andrea Lilienfeld's Dad was my friend and I called for her number. They offered full probate services as well as being our realtor. They arranged an estate sale company to liquidate the personal property, donate what didn't sell, then haul away and clean out the property. They also were working on selling the property and gave us 3 offers within a few weeks! The entire process only took 2 months!
