Get to Know Trevella Williams

I became a REALTOR® in 2005 after flirting with the prospect for many years and now I wonder why I waited!

I came to Hawaii from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and I bring with me a love of the great outdoors along with a fascination for technology. (Go Go Gadget Girl!)

Lets connect on

I have a back ground in Property Management, Education, Construction, the Legal Process and Agriculture...I grew up on farms and ranches where I developed a strong work ethic early in life and I am happiest putting that energy and dedication to work for my clients.

I have three great kids, two silly cats and six boring fish (update: strike the fish, they are "make" (Hawaiian for dead/killed and no it didn't have anything to do with the silly cats), and add 9 chickens...(Update: Chickens went to a new home and now we have two Catahoula mix pups. Neither had anything to do with each other :)... This is a huge reduction from the five acre farm I once ran (think Noahs Ark! Only, no water.)

I appreciate First Time Buyers, what a scary yet exciting time! I understand how very important a home is and feel that everyone of us deserves that opportunity. A first home is only the first step to bigger and better things, plain and simple...it helps provide us with the freedom to succeed!

Real Estate Investment is a very important part of investing today and more and more often we, as agents, are being asked questions regarding 1031 exchanges, trusts, potential gain scenarios, etc...  more important than having all the answers to all the questions is being able to recognize a potential question and know where to go for concise intelligent dependable answers, my primary focus is always the clients best interest! Even if that means saying "I don't know, but we will find out."

Land...it all starts with the land, is there anything more fraught with raw potential than a plot of vacant land? So many options. And Hawaii is unique in the aspect that we are "growing" more land every day! Thanks Pele!

Commercial property is the back bone of a thriving community, with proper foresight in the location and layout of commercial property you can insure and encourage good positive growth (and good positive cash flow!) Mahalo~
