Lynn is the owner of Simple Transformations and has experience in Interior Design, Real Estate and Staging.  She graduated with a degree in Interior Design and operated a successful design business in Colorado and is recognized by the American Lighting Association as a Lighting Specialist.  In 2001 she obtained a real estate license in the state of Colorado and in 2003 became an Accredited Staging Professional through StagedHomes.com where she trained with Barb Schwarz who is recognized as the creator of home staging.  After moving to Oregon she chose to focus on the staging aspect of the real estate industry because of her love of design. Having been a Realtor, Lynn has had the opportunity to learn what is important in making a home appealing to the perspective buyer. Her skills are further inhanced by her natural talent of organizing and de-cluttering and offers these services as well.  For those not selling their homes but desire a more comfortable environment, she is available for interior re-design, working with items her clients already own.  Her philosophy is that you don't have to spend a lot of money to have a warm and inviting home.
