After working in Corporate America for 25 years, I decided that it was time for a change and went back to school to study Architecture at New York Institute of Technology.  After completing the 5 year program and working for a short time in New York, it was time to fulfill a lifelong dream.  After spending 45 years coming to Vermont every weekend with my family I decided that the Town of Dover was where I wanted to spend the next phase of my life.  I packed up and moved to Dover, Vermont, purchased several parcels of land and began to design and build houses.   The first house I designed sold and I am currently working on my second house.   I then decided to accept an offer to join North Real Estate as a Sales Associate and apply my knowledge of Architecture and development to the Real Estate business.

The next step in the next phase of my life was to find the perfect piece of land to start my dream farm.   After an extended search I found the perfect property in East Dover and I now own a 12 acre mini-farm.   I have three dogs – Rocky an American Lab, Barney a rescue mutt, Daisy a Pit/Rott mix,  three horses – Sukie an Arabian, Sonny a Morgan, Bonny a Draft,  one cat Lil Kitty, Tank a Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pig ,  William and Charlotte the goats, and 3 chickens.    There are also several neighborhood dogs and horses that periodically come to stay and play.   I would not trade this new life for anything.
