I'm a former Realtor with experience in both PA and FL.  In 1983 I started investing in real estate, and the rest is history!

Through my corporation, Everglades Equity, Inc, I help realtors find solutions to homes that won't sell.  In today's market, that's quite a big deal.

Workng with a large CA investor group, we buy short sales for cash,with no contingencies, do the negotiations and close quickly.  This has been the biggest part of my business for the past six months. Some 45 deals later we've refined our methods and should be wble to close 8 out of ten deals.  When we close on a short sale with the bank we take title, then find an end buyer and sell the property to them for a profit.

We always make the lender sign a waiver of deficiency judgment and IRS penalties or we won't do the deal.

We're excited to now be working with a legal company that is very experienced in expunging mortgages from it's client's homes.  Their track record to date is 136 out of 137 attempts.  And that one that failed was because the owner failed to follow through.
