We have a wide range of experience from very inexpensive condos to standard typical housing tract type homes all way up to expensive ranches and estates.  We serve Northern California (Bay area, Central Valley and Sacramento areas) and Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties).

Know How - We teach other Realtors across the state on how to use technology to better their business and reach their consumers.  A typical Realtor in California may only do 6 transactions in a year... We do many times that!  We have a team - If you are working with a solo agent they most likely won't be able to keep up with all the tasks in a timely fashion. We have a team of five agents and eight processors that work to process your transaction.  We're here for you when things get tough.  If things get difficult and time consuming,  we will be able to push the process through to give you full service.  We also answer our phones!!

No Upfront Fees - Finally, we charge no upfront fees for our real estate services.  We don't get paid unless your deal closes and our commissions are paid out of the proceeds of the sale at the end of the escrow.
