I have lived in Blue Ridge, Georgia for over 8 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. In my corporate life I lived in several different cities. when I found Blue Ridge and gave up the corporate world, it was the best decision of my life. When I used to come up here for weekends, there is a certain curve in the road when you get close to Blue ridge, once you go around that curve and the mountains greet you, the stress just leaves your shoulders. I decided then that I needed a change in my life.
This area is a second home market and we get most of our customers from Florida and Atlanta area. Our area is in the North Georgia mountains and is paradise on earth, it is the perfect place for a second home, retirement home, property or rental investment cabins. The many large parks and forest preservies give a wonderful ambience and opportunities for healthy living. We are only 90 minutes from Atlanta, you can find pleanty of space for hiking, bicyckling, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing with a good book. The Blue Ridge mountains, lakes and streams provide cool refreshment to body and soul along with wonderful views.
I am a Realtor in both Tennessee and Georgia, primarily in the North Georgia Mountains. This area is a second home market and is close to Atlanta and Chattanooga.
