Ann Marie Monteiro brings a rare combination of real estate sales experience and a solid background in finance and marketing to her profession.  She holds a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University in Economics with a concentration in Finance.  Her keen understanding of financial investing and market analysis facilitated her 4.0 GPA.  Ann Marie regards continuing education as top priority.  In addition to Real Estate training courses she periodically takes courses in Accounting and Taxation to stay abreast of the latest tax incentives and advantages of real estate investing.

Ann Marie obtained her license in 2000 and worked part-time in real estate while putting herself through school.  Since graduating Ann Marie has worked for the leading residential real estate agency in New York - The Corcoran Group.  Ann Marie worked for the Marketing Division, the branch of Corcoran that works with New York's most distinguished building developers to strategically market new properties from their inception.

Her transformation from major development projects in Manhattan to single family homes in Central New Jersey was perpetuated by her desire to bring her knowledge and experience to consumers on a more personal level and to work in the market she knows best that of her hometown, Princeton, NJ.
