1)  I am a Full Time EXPERIENCED Realtor®.  I am also an active Real Estate Investor (rentals, renovations and resale), with a formal education centered around Architecture and Interior Design.   I know about marketing, negotiations and how best to present your property to the public and MARKET it HARD as a Desireable Product... To get YOU the best price the market will bear. 2)  I'm EASY to reach!   Though I prefer E-Mail communication, my cell phone is with me most all of the time, and I answer it.  (If I am not able to answer it, I will return your call ASAP.)  I AM THERE. 3)  I believe knowledge is power, and I believe strongly in modern TECHNOLOGY, and the awesome power of Internet Marketing Syndycation & Video.  I check my e-mail, pushed right into my cell phone, often throughout the day.
