I just came off of a real estate training called Sweathogs with Ed Escobar, a Floyd Wickman program. I'm absolutely siked about the market in New Jersey. Prices have come down a lot making it more affordable for first time home buyers to buy now. That's exactly what we need: The little guy buying the starter home. The old starter home guy buying a bigger home. The bigger home guy moving on to a ritzier neighborhood and so on so forth.
I enjoy working as a buyer's agent and will gladly take a referral from a friend or fellow agent. I think I am naturally a shy person and meeting people in person is always a big step for me, but once I know a person's wants, needs and how he or she wants to be treated or what level of customer service they expect, I am about 95% certain that I can find your referral a house within 3 weeks or less, assuming they want to move that fast.
The good news about being a successful buyer's agent first is I have seen a lot of houses. This gives me an additional advantage over my fellow agents in terms of listing homes for sale. Since I know single handily what buyers want and need, I can position a home to sell within a short time frame for top dollar. Seriously, but don't just take my word for it. Read my Realtor Reviews.
