I have been a loan officer, underwriter and owner of a mortgage company for almost 20 yars now. I am analytical but also have a MA in psychology that makes me very helpful at figuring out the real life part of whether a client can afford the mrotgage in real life. Anyone can crunch numbers, but analizing the numbers behind the numbers takes skill, yes the skills of a psychologist. Money and our dreams around a home or real estate investment and whether we believe in ourselves anough to go for it is not only the numbers but the emotions behind the numbers. I want to be your cheerleader.

I became a millionaire at 28 years old through real estate and therefore have lived through the pain and exhiliration of the decision making of whether to take the risk or not.

I ahve a Series 7 certification, insruance licenses , I am a chartered retirement planning counselor and therefore can help you balance real estate with your other investment choices. If i don't know the answer I know people who will help.
