I bought my first home when I was 23.  I didn't use an agent, because I was still fairly new to the area and didn't know any.  Which meant I didn't trust any.  I met a few agents at Open Houses, but nothing ever really clicked for me.  When I look at my business now, I like to think that I would have worked with me, had I met myself at one of those Open Houses. 

Here's Why:

I answer my phone If I am unable to answer my phone, I will text or email if possible to let my clients know I am unable to talk at the moment I return voicemails promptly

I understand that my clients' time is precious, and if they are able to take a few moments out of their day to call or email me, I want them to know that I appreciate that- and I believe the best way to show appreciation is to respond in a timely manner.

OK, so beyond simple communication, I really listen to my clients.  Buying or selling a home is a big deal, and I want them to know that I've got their back.  I care about their goals and I make it my business to help them accomplish those goals.
