Get to Know Adrian Willanger

I’m a Seattle‑based real estate broker (WA & ID) who’s been moving into the AI and PropTech space, especially where local expertise, digital‑footprint quality, and model behavior intersect.

After years of helping people navigate Seattle’s micro‑markets, sustainability features, and the quirks of contract language, I’ve realized those same skills are incredibly useful when you’re shaping how an AI model understands real estate.

A lot of my work now sits at the crossroads of domain expertise and model clarity. I’m interested in how models interpret property data, how they reason through local market context, and how they communicate guidance in a way that’s accurate, compliant, and actually useful to real people.

I’ve spent enough time in the field to know what buyers care about, what sellers misunderstand, and where AI tends to oversimplify or hallucinate.

I also care a lot about digital‑footprint optimization — how information is structured, how it’s interpreted, and how small shifts in language can change trust and decision‑making.

That perspective translates naturally into fine‑tuning and evaluation work. It’s less about “catching mistakes” and more about helping models think and communicate the way a seasoned local expert would.

I’m looking to work with AI or PropTech teams — especially growth‑stage or Tier 2–3 companies — that want someone who can bring real‑world real estate knowledge into the modeling process.

Someone who can help shape datasets, refine logic, and make sure the model’s understanding of the market feels grounded, not generic.

Certifications

This is a challenge Adrian enjoys, and he has in fact founded a marketing company for the sole purpose of promoting the design and construction of high performance "green" homes. This company, Eco-Redux Consulting, offers a host of services to "green" builders and subcontractors.

Adrian's interest in green building and sustainability is long-standing and evident in his educational credentials. He holds an MBA in Sustainability from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture, is LEED Accredited by the United States Green Building Council, and has certification as an Eco-Broker. He also holds certifications by or from: Certified New Home Sales Professional, e-Pro, SEO & SMM Certificates from Portland State University, Earth Advantage Broker, Six Sigma Lean & DFSS Green Belt.

Ever eager to learn more, he's currently enrolled in SFIA Bachelors of Green Building Business and Project Management.

When not assisting Seattle home buyers and sellers, you'll find Adrian working out, skiing, gardening, building and designing hardscapes and structures, listening to music, or walking his Golden Retriever, Jasper.

Since he enjoys technology, he also maintains a neighborhood "bulletin board" which he created to let neighbors communicate to find baby sitters, sell unwanted items, and update each other on neighborhood activities.
