Despite the fact that all of the knowledge and skills used in handling a real estate transaction are vital to success, Chris has demonstrated that the first step in helping either a seller or a buyer is to understand their wants, needs, and goals. This requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course – providing clear and honest answers to their questions. This brings an honest and attentive approach to real estate in order to deliver results. When working with Chris, you will have his emphasis on listening and communicating - this has led him to form lasting relationships with his clients while always looking out for their best interests.

Before leaving the corporate world to enter real estate sales, Chris held positions that helped him refine his skills in property management, customer service, marketing, time management, problem resolution, and problem solving.  But the confines and restrictions of a job in corporate America didn't fit with his drive and ambition. Chris much rather prefers being able to rely on himself and his own efforts. He also prefers the freedom to give his clients the service he thinks they deserve.

Chris has been engaged in Arizona real-estate from a consumer and investor’s perspective since 2007 -  buying, selling and holding properties in Arizona and Mexico, he has seen some of the most difficult times in the real-estate market and managed to “shine the light” on even the most challenging circumstances.  Chris holds a degree in Computer Science from Arizona Technical Institute (MTCC).

Chris moved to Arizona in 1978 from Erie, P.A., relocated to New York City in 1993, on to Redondo Beach in 1995 and with a big sigh of relief back to the state of Arizona in 1998 where he has lived in Mesa ever since.  He has 3- daughters, 2-sons, 3-Chihuahua’s, and Debbie, his beautiful wife of 16 years.  Chris and his family enjoy visiting Rocky Point Mexico, traveling, cooking, camping and golf.
