Located in the heart of Old Town Bandon, we are an office of five top producing agents. For the year of 2007, we are the highest producing office in town and consistently rival other front running local brokerages on a yearly basis. We have three top ranked websites and a tremendous network of marketing avenues. Being that many of our buyers are located around the nation and few of them are local, we concentrate on internet exposure. Even though our concentration is on the net, we spend much of our energy and time advertising locally as well. Our brokerage is very active and we always welcome new business!
My Profile:
I was raised here in Bandon, Oregon and have seen how rapidly it has transitioned from a sleepy timber/fishing town to it's current state as a City reminiscent of Carmel's earlier years. In the period of time I left Bandon for college at the University of Oregon and then on to a job completely unrelated to my focus at school and then back to Bandon, the economy had begun to see signs of revival! I acquired my real estate license in 2002 while I lived in Portland, Oregon. My mother who is extremely active in this community and the economic development side of things begged me to move back to Bandon. She explained that the Real Estate Market was going bizzirk and that I should be a part of it. After great deliberation and a very hesitant agreement on my behalf to move back to town, I packed up and set up shop here in the winter of 2004. Since then, I have developed a network of business acquaintances and loyal clients who rely on me for accurate, honest opinions of the real estate market dependable services and unmatched marketing for their properties. I serve on the Chamber Board of Directors, I volunteer my time to schools and youth sports as well as leading a project to develop walking trails throughout Bandon. My obligations in conjunction with being a full-time Realtor leaves me little free time. However, I reserve time for myself and my family. I've got a wonderful girlfriend, her daughter and two dogs at home and yes...my mother is always near-by.

Many of my buyers are relocating from outside the State of Oregon and rely on me to familiarize them with our States operation and policies.
