Our team works hard to find the right loan products for our clients, offer the best rates available, and keep costs to a minimum.  We want our clients to be happy with their loan and the service we provide.  Repeat and referral business is our goal.

Our standard: 

1)  Our clients come first.  What they want is our priority.  We offer expert guidance and consultation to help clients make an informed decision.  

2)  If a loan program is available, we will find it.  If a product is not available through our in-house bank, we will broker through one of our wholesale channels. 

3)  We quote our clients the lowest (par) rate.  Additionally, we shop the loan program against at least 5 comparable wholesale lenders to ensure our clients recieve the most competitive pricing and payment.

4) Our standard fee is 1% origination.  We do not charge any junk fees.   We will beat any Good Faith Estimate provided by another lender.  If we cannot, then we will not do the loan.

5)  We are loyal.  Anyone who refers us a client can expect to recieve one in return.
