Testimonials for Brad Magnant
I found Brad's website and searched properties every day for about two years. Once we were ready to buy I reached out to Brad and we immediately started viewing properties. He promptly answered all questions, texts, emails, etc. He addressed our concerns. He did not make us feel pressured. He is very knowledgeable about the process and did a thorough market analysis before making our offer. I highly recommend this stand-up young man.
Brad is one of the most well prepared, learning-based, energetic brokers I do business with. He is always looking out for his clients' best interests.
Brad helped facilitate a successful cross-country real estate transaction. His knowledge of the Chicago market and expediency to adapt to changing market conditions were invaluable. Additionally, his website and email updates allow for informed and timely decisions. A definite recommend from start of process through closing.
As if being a 1st time homebuyer wasn't stressful enough, I was on a bit of a time crunch. I was transferred to Chicago for my job, nearing the end of a sublease I could not wait to get out of and no longer wanted to waste money on rent.
I found Brad and was blown away by his professionalism and in depth knowledge not only of the real estate market, but of all the great restaurants/bars in the areas he sells in. Admittedly, I was very anxious throughout the process, but he took my frantic calls in stride. I cannot say enough how quick and smoothly the process went with him.
