Home Inspection: You can hire me to evaluate the overall condition of a house before you buy it or after you own it. I'll evaluate and describe all of the basic structural and mechanical systems. When I find things that I consider to be defects, I'll tell you what the problems are, why they should be important to you and what I think you should do about them.

Construction Inspection: Hire me as a consultant before you build your new house. I can review your plans, consult with your builder and provide inspections at critical stages of construction.

Forensic Investigations: If you're experiencing a particular problem with a particular house, hire me to investigate it. I'll bring 15 years of building science knowledge to bear on your problem and provide you with a plan of action to fix it.

Litigation Support: No one wants to go to court. But if you have to, I can help by providing research, investigation and documentation. If necessary, I can provide expert witness testimony.
