I limit my practice geographically so that I can be a rich resource of information about the history of the community, the housing market, the community resources, etc. My service area includes American Canyon, Vallejo, Benicia, Green Valley, Cordelia, Fairfield, Vacaville, and the City of Napa.
As a Listing Agent my strengths are in comprehensive and consistent marketing; providing my Sellers with detailed information so they can make informed decisions; keeping my Sellers informed about every phase of the transaction; and helping Sellers coordinate their moves.
When representing sellers who have inherited property I have access to excellent Title and Escrow Officers who are well versed in the special procedures required for the proper transfer of ownership of inherited property. These types of transactions can be tricky and stressful to the sellers and I and my team work hard to make the process as easy as possible primarily through excellent communication with all parties from start to finish.
