If you’re selling your home, my 10+ years of experience and former role as Director of Marketing for Bradley Real Estate has given me the inside track on all the best marketing tools in the business. My listing style is full service and you can be sure that my experience and ability to price, negotiate and successfully sell homes for top dollar will shine through.
If you’re buying a home, I have the local knowledge and market awareness to help you find the right home and complete a successful purchase. I also have great resources and connections that have been built over the last 10 years that will benefit you throughout the entire process. The most important thing is that you’re confident and happy. Direct and regular communication helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and special attention to detail will assure you that I’m there every step of the way.
Before joining Bradley Real Estate at the beginning of 2004, I attended California State University, Chico, where I earned a BA in English. I was born in San Francisco and raised in Marin and have lived in Larkspur, San Rafael, Novato and San Francisco, so I'm familiar with all that Marin, the City and Sonoma have to offer.
I have now been in the Real Estate business for over 10 years and built my career from the ground up, beginning as an Administrative and Operations Assistant out of the Bradley Real Estate San Rafael office. As the company quickly grew, so too did my role. I was promoted to the position of Marketing Coordinator and then awarded the position of Director of Marketing for the entire company.
First learning the business from the administrative, operations and marketing side has been a tremendous advantage. Not only do I possess the necessary contractual and procedural knowledge to ensure smooth completion of my clients’ transactions, but I am also able to employ those skills for efficient, informative and successful interactions with my clients, other agents, vendors and the public. I am able to take full advantage of the incredible benefits technology now offers us. And, for those clients that may not be tech savvy, I'm able to gently walk them through the process or do whatever it takes to get the job done.
In addition, I have renovated 3 properties over the last couple years, and that brings fresh knowledge and experience to every transaction, whether it’s understanding what projects make sense or putting an accurate number on the cost for different types of renovations. I have a great relationship with my plumber, electrician, stone and tile guys as well as contractors and engineers. I have worked extensively with the county on plan submittal and approval, as well as inspections, and all these experiences have proved to be beneficial when representing clients that are either selling or buying a home.
