BidOnRealty.com was born out of frustration with the status quo.  The old way of traditional negotiations and "paper chasing" is obsolete.  Today, Realtors® can post their listings and hold their own online auctions. They keep their commission, and there are no seller fees whatsoever.  The Realtor® is in complete control and at the center of the transaction. The site also features a paperless "Make Offer" option, as well as a "Buy Now" option.  Now, Realtors® can offer their seller clients the best of both worlds - a Realtor® with local market expertise and an auction. 

 I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida in 1986.  I have been in the mortgage lending and brokerage business since 1987 and have held regional sales positions with two of the nation's largest wholesale mortgage lenders.  I formed my own mortgage brokerage in 2000, and have been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida since 2005.  I am the founder of BidOnRealty.com, a new and innovative way to buy and sell real estate.
