I am 100% committed to providing quality service to my clients. I listen to their needs and dreams, when succeed in finding them their new home it makes me happy as they are with their new home. I am a broker in Virinia and now in West Virginia looking forward to adding the face of Brio Realty Corporation to the Eastern panhandle of West Virginia in the very near future. It is great to meet new people and help them find a new home they will be happy in. Especially when they refer me to their friends and family, then I know I have done well for my clients. One of the greatest feelings in life is owning your own home and I want the experience of purchasing a new home to be the best it can be for my clients. I won't forget, this is their time, it is not about my acheivements or awards it's about fulfilling my clients needs and desires with home ownership.

Certifications

I have been involved with customer service since 1977, when I first started working with  a builder from Mclean, Va. Part time I worked in the air conditioning/heating field where it was again service to the public. Iwent into the delivery business after my father passed away for 13 years and left there to start a small handyman business and finally here I am in the REAL ESTATE BUSINESS. There is no need for me load all the tools and go out and perform handyman services but it is nice to use that knowledge when you run accross those challenges while showing, during contracts and after when the client moves in and some litte thing comes up. Many times I find that by havin some knowledge of the chalenge, you are able to speak with accuracy to the trades regarding a solution to service these problems. Also you lower the frustation when you show the client that you'll share in helping resolve or at the very least point them in a direction that a specialist can help resolve the issue.

I also listen to my clients and write alot of notes, I like seeing where we started with a project and reflecting on discussions that we have had during the process. You don't have to be totally silent when your showing homes, your client wants some feed back just to make sure you are still involved and not just waitting for your pay at the end of the day.
