Linda Hankins and her husband Ken have bought and sold over 15 personal homes in their 39 years of marriage. They have experienced the very best and the very worst during their real estate transactions. Ken and Linda became realtors to help others realize their dreams. Even though Ken has now retired, their vision they started with remains the same... "Experience The Difference". Ken and Linda have been trainers in the Market Centers in Hoover and Metro South, They were honored by being nominated to be the cover story in Broker Agent Magazine.
Linda is honest and up front with home sellers about what it will take to get their home sold. She is professional in every aspect of her business. When working with buyers, Linda takes her buyer agency representation seriously. Since Alabama is a caveat emptor (buyer beware) state, she wants to make sure that her clients are protected as much as possible.
Linda is a successsful listing agent because she aggressively markets her homes and finds buyers for her sellers. She works with buyers in all price ranges, as well as first time home buyers and the experienced "this is my 30th home" home buyer.
Linda focuses on Shelby and Jefferson Counties in the Birmingham Area to include the Hoover, Vestavia, Mountain Brook, Pelham and Alabaster areas, just to name a few. She specializes in conventional single family residences, townhomes, condos, waterfront, and golf course communities. Linda and her husband Ken currently live in Ballantrae, a golf course community in Pelham, AL with their two Yorkies, Cassie and Madi.
