I have been a construction superintendent for nearly 20 years. I decided that I really wanted to get my inspectors license last year. This was one of the best choices that I have ever made. My business is now thriving due to my strong construction background as well as being informative with the client and agent. Over 80% of my business is now referrals. I have performed over 400 inspections this year and I am thinking of starting a franchise. I think that I have really found what I love to do and look forward to expanding in the future.
Coastal Home Inspections is the type of inspection company that every agent wishes they could come across. I feel that I have the best report format around (The only one in Houston with this program) as well as etiquette and patience that makes the inspection process much less painful. I am there throughout the entire home buying process and however long after that you may have questions. I am well educated as well as very enthusiastic.
