FHA and VA Mortgage Loans
While I happily close almost every type of home loan, I am a FHA Mortgage specialist. During the first 25 years of my career, I personally originated and closed thousands of FHA Mortgage loans. Actually, for the first several years of my career I am reasonably sure that I didn't know there was any other kind of loan.
As the market moved away from FHA and VA mortgages, the changing market required me to become expert in conventional financing. However, now that the market pendulum has swung back to FHA Mortgages I have gladly returned to my roots.
