My name is Beatriz Martinez, I am an Associate Broker for SLIFER, SMITH & FRAMPTON LATINOAMÉRICA (http://www.propiedadesenvail.com) in Vail, CO. I have always been somewhat involved in real estate and development since my father's corporation is considered to be one of the largest Residential Developers in San Juan, Puerto Rico (http://www.empresasvrm.com). I am originally from Puerto Rico, but went to school in upstate NY- Syracuse University and then moved to Miami. Lived in Miami for 13 years, finished my MBA on International Business at the University of Miami and moved to the Rocky Mountains, the lifestyle here is amazing, very beautiful and as a Realtor it offers me unique opportunities to work with the International clientele in the Vail Valley which represents roughly 5% of all transactions.
I exclusively focus on the International Market mainly from Latin America. Our target markets are investors that mainly speak Spanish and Portuguese from countries such as: Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Panama, Dominican Republic, Argentina and Spain. Our clientele is composed of high net worth international individuals in their 30's and 40's that come to Vail and Beaver Creek every year and would love to own a condo, fractional ownersip or a home.
I also started a vacation rentals portal for the Vail Valley, exclusively in Spanish http://www.alquileresvail.com and soon to launch in Portuguese.
