After graduating college from Towson University, Ben began his career in real estate as a Project Manager in new home construction. Ben learned the process of home construction from the ground-up. This experience and success in new home construction propelled Ben into new home sales and marketing. As a new home sales manager Ben has successfully worked with buyers and sellers of every age and financial stage of life. He has outpaced the competition in good markets and developed strategies that create sales in tough markets. While working for a private regional homebuilder, Ben's sales #'s consistently placed him in the top 10 percentile. Most importantly Ben has a high regard for customer service and has found himself in the top 1%, with satisfaction scores around 98%. Having built and sold over 60 million in residential real estate Ben has the creative intellect and know how to assist his clients in making responsible real estate decisions.
