Get to know Bob Bruhn
Some people learn the meaning of "excellence" by looking it up in a book. Bob Bruhn learned it firsthand on the farm, northwest of Omaha, near the town of Elkhorn. Planting and harvesting with one eye on the calendar and another on the business ledger, he discovered the value of teamwork and self discipline. "On the farm, you don´t sit around, you work hard, you work fast, you do it right the first time, time is too precious not to, if you don´t, one mistake can cost thousands of dollars and make the difference between a profit and a loss," Bob reflects. That is exactly what he aims to do as your Realtor. In 1993, Bob took those lessons on the city. Today he´s a Realtor, a professional serving the Omaha area buyers and sellers who seek a veteran agent with excellence and expertise. Yet he never forgets the lessons the learned planning the harvest, shouldering part of the family´s future. At 21, he became a partner in the Bruhn farms cattle, corn, and soybean holdings. Eventually he became sole proprietor, cutting overhead by 15% and increasing profits by 10%. Raising several hundred head of cattle and farming over 2,400 acres, he found that he truly enjoyed the world of business, negotiating for the best price on tens of thousands of dollars of equipment, getting top dollar for cattle and crops, acquiring new properties. Little did he know that these same skills and interests would spur his real estate career. Bob entered real estate because he could determine his own level of success and help others attain their real estate goals. Today he´s found the career of his dreams: Bringing buyers and sellers the right price through effective negotiation and precise marketing, working around your timetable to meet your family´s needs. Your family has friends to say goodbye to, school districts to get to know, and neighborhoods to explore. Bob Bruhn smoothes the transitions. He routinely goes beyond what´s expected of a Realtor, guiding his clients not only to the right mortgage lender, but also to landscape architects, remodeling experts, and interior designers.
