At that time the school was affiliated with an active real estate sales company. In 1994, the school separated from the real estate office and changed its name to Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, Inc. We continue to maintain the corporation Cooke Real Estate School, Inc. We are now focused solely on education. We offer classroom courses for Pre-Licensing of Florida Real Estate Sales Associates, Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Community Association Managers, and Real Estate Appraisers. We also offer classroom courses for Post-Licensing for Real Estate Sales Associates, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Appraisers and Continuing Education for Real Estate Sales and Broker licensees as well as Continuing Education for Mortgage Brokers.
