Get to Know Bob Marshall
Prior to being licensed as a Real Estate Broker here in Washington, I was a practicing accountant (Certified Public Accountant & Certified Management Accountant) for both the government and private sectors. In 2011, I completed the Real Estate prep classes and passed the exam. I began with Century 21 North Homes in Lynnwood, but in early 2012 moved to Champions Real Estate Services in Lynnwood, WA. In January, 2014, I had the opportunity to join Re/Max Elite in Lynnwood, WA. In April, 2016, I left ReMax Elite and went back to Champions Real Estate Services. After some health issues, I decided to contact Home Smart Ion Real Estate in Lynnwood.
I have completed the certification programs for both the Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified Agent Investor Specialist designations. Although I have these seperate designations, they do not replace the good old human contact required of a good Real Estate Broker, working with and helping people fulfill their dreams of owning their own home.

At this time, my primary focus is on both Commercial and Residential properties. My primary area is South Snohomish County (which includes Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Brier, South Everett, City of Snohomish, and the unincorporated areas in Snohomish County. Although this is my primary area, I am also licensed to list and sell properties in other parts of Washington.
