Brendan Murphy is an alumnus of the University of Wyoming Business School.  He received a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration, He also received a Real Estate Certificate.  This education and ten years of sales experience gave him an excellent foundation for a Real Estate Brokerage career. 
However, Brendan Murphy has already attained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)designation.  He also received his GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) designation.  These two designations are perhaps the most recognized in Residential Real Estate Brokerage, and the most respected.  He recently received his ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) Designation to add to his edge on competitors!  He also is an e-Pro!This means he has taken a very long internet course to learn even more about internet marketing. While Business school taught him a lot about HTML, CSS, and many other things, one can never stop learning! e-Pro was a valuable course as it taught him additional things directed specifically at Real Estate on the internet!

In other words, he continually strives to be the most specialized agent in Laramie, Wyoming.  A very ambitious agent who also specializes in internet marketing and being a trend setter of new ideas in Real Estate Brokerage.  He was the first agent in Laramie to create 360 degree Virtual Tours (back in 2006)! On a personal note, he works most of the time, but ultimately enjoys spending time with his family. You may frequently see him in Washington Park running around with his wife, Caitlin and his daughter, Amelia. Amelia enjoys recruiting bigger kids to go on the slide or other things. And considering her ability to negotiate at 2 years old, Brendan has HIGH hopes for her as a Real Estate Agent in a couple decades. Caitlin is part of the team and received her license in 2008, as well as her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation. Brendan and Caitlin work together to stage a home so it is the best it can be as a product on the shelf of the Laramie Real Estate market. Working together they can really make a house look its best! They also enjoy cross country skiing, movies, snow shoeing, swimming at the Laramie Recreation Center, and eating out! Brendan's favorite actors are: Gary Oldman, Ian Holm, Madeline Stowe, and Steve Carrell.
His heros are Roald Amundsen, Nikola Tesla, Bill Gates, and Sam Walton (in that order).

-Internet Marketing      ~I specialize in Internet Marketing:  Over 75% to 80% (depending on which recognized site you     ask) of Home Buyers begin their home hunt online.  This means a Real Estate Professional needs to be technically inclined and educated to operate properly in this dynamic market that is becoming increasingly "virtual".  Mostly though, I love internet marketing, and that's how I've been able to learn and grow and be the first to do many things online in my market.  I like to watch the big REALTORS in L.A., Denver, Chicago, and so on to see where the market is moving.  I figure if I can keep pace with one of those RE-MAX skyscrapers, I'm doing okay!  I specialize in creating my own Virtual Tours, without any 3rd Party companies, which means I can do as many as I want and do them exactly as a client wants them, and I'll the while I'm getting better and better at it by doing them myself.  I try to specialize in Photography in general as photos, tours, and video are all increasingly crucial to the Internet.  I build specialized web sites for each listing, like www.3428altavista.com and this creates more quality traffic of buyers through each of my listings and also allows buyers to really know my listings before they even call me.  They know from my web sites if they like the house or not and ultimately, this increases my efficience.  This is a dynamic business, and I couldn't love it more!
