Awarded "KY Colonel" designation 1976, 2005 Top 1% of Realtors Nation Wide, Served on many Boards and won many awards.  Training new agents and watching them rise to the top in their careers has been very rewarding.

I have seen many ups and downs, interest rates 18% down to 4%, survived the fall of the Savings & Loans, enjoyed the 2005 market and now dealing with the short sales and REO's   No transaction is the same and you always have to be on your toes. 

Moving to FL when my husband retired opened up a whole new world for me. Becoming a RE/MAX Agent in Florida has helped me to achieve my full potential.
