Licensed in 1979.  I have worn many hats over the years, i.e. Broker in Indiana, Broker/Owner C-21 Real Estate in KY, Auctioneer in KY, GRADUATE REALTORS INSTITUTE. Awarded "KY Colonel" designation 1976, 2005 Top 1% of Realtors Nation Wide, Served on many Boards and won many awards.  Training new agents and watching them rise to the top in their careers has been very rewarding.

I have seen many ups and downs, interest rates 18% down to 4%, survived the fall of the Savings & Loans, enjoyed the 2005 market and now dealing with the short sales and REO's   No transaction is the same and you always have to be on your toes. 

Moving to FL when my husband retired opened up a whole new world for me. Becoming a RE/MAX Agent in Florida has helped me to achieve my full potential.

My "Best Accomplishments" of which I am very proud, are my three children - Jim, Adrianne & Lisa.  They all live within a few miles of my husband of 50 years, Jim, and I.  The children and six grandchildren (oh yes, 3 great-grandchildren) are a big part of our life.  We are a close knit family.

My specialties are:

Helping "Senior Citizens" relocate closer to their children or into Assisted Living Facilities..  I like to make the move as easy and stress free as possible for the customer. 

Working with the "Baby Boomers" when it's time to select their 2nd home or retirement home.

Guiding "First Time Homebuyers" through the process from start to finish.

In my "Marketing Plan" I show the customer how to have successful showings and Open Houses. Because the customer does not always have the luxury of advanced notice and your property needs to look the best that it can, I am there to tell them how to achieve this.
