Real Estate has always fascinated me and the opportunity to act as a Broker in Edenton and help people find the home of their dreams or sell the one they have is a dream come true.
I love the challenge of solving my clients unique problems by helping them zero in quickly on the home they want to save them time and effort. I love discovering the unique selling points of their existing home that I can promote to help the next owner see the potential.
Allied with that is my contention that the whole process although serious, should be fun. My clients tend to become friends, I look forward to becoming your friend.
Aside from Real Estate, I am an avid sailor, Commodore of our local Yacht Club and take every opportunity to get out on the water to enjoy our pristine surroundings.
Skills
Although I am a retired Mechanical Engineer, home desgin and layout has always been one of my interests and I have worked at designing custom homes for a local builder for several years. This experience helps me see potential in what would otherwise be a fairly depressing home.
I am happy to exercise this skill to the benefit of my clients.
