There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experience as local real estate professionals, we have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Southeastern Connecticut areas, please get in touch with us!

About Bud:

I am an experienced Realtor and my goal is to help you have a comfortable and enjoyable home buying or selling experience while reducing your stress as much as possible. I know that it is challenging to go through this process. I believe that by sitting down with my clients and listening to their wants and needs I will be able to better serve them and help them with their real estate purchase or sale. I am known around town as being hard working, trustworthy and dependable. I look forward to speaking with you about your real estate needs and I am ready to help you successfully find the home of your dreams.

I have advanced training in many areas of the real estate market.  I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and I would be glad to assist you with your needs in that market.  I work with many "move up" buyers and sellers.  These folks typically have a house to sell and would like to buy a larger home or move to a different location in town because their family needs have changed. I also work with many 1st time homebuyers and spend the time with them to explain the homebuying process and provide answers for any of the questions they may have.

Also, in these trying times, I have advanced training (Certified Distressed Property Expert) in assisting people that are in the foreclosure market, either selling to get out from under the house or looking to buy a bank owned or pre-foreclosure property as an investor or to owner-occupy.

About Sue:

I have been involved in the real estate business for many years and became a licensed real estate agent in 2007. Bud and I are a team and we work hard to help our clients with their real estate needs. I truly enjoy using my real estate skills to research properties to find the perfect home for my client’s. I am honest and credible, confident in my negotiating skills and work hard to get my clients the best price and the best terms.

Prior to working full-time as a Realtor, I worked for Pfizer Global Research and Development in New London. While at Pfizer I had an opportunity to work with top level executives, some of who were relocating their families to this area. This gave me a great understanding of how difficult this decision was for families and the many ways that I could assist them in this process.

I believe Realtors should be well educated and in-tune with the latest technology. To better serve my clients, I have earned the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) to serve those interested in acquiring real property and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification to better serve those clients in distress.
