As a Marietta Real Estate Professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.

I was raised in a large family-four brothers and sisters - with one brother and one sister deaf from birth our family was unique. We didn't have a lot but we always had lots of love. And guess what... hugs are FREE! Free to give and receive. It takes only a moment to give a hug but its effects can last all day and their lingering memory can last for years. I believe that hugs have their place in business too. The hug helps establish a form of relationship that builds trust, and you can actually read somebody better with a hug than a handshake. The human touch is what makes a successful agent. When I leave an appointment and am able to hug my client... I'm building a relationship of honesty and trust. I am becoming their "Personal REALTOR® for Life."
Before I began my real estate career I had a real estate experience that was lacking anything remotely personal. After that experience, I was determined to build my business with a personal touch. So, I decided to stay in touch with my clients with a newsletter. No... it is not about all my accomplishments and how great I am ... it is about my clients! I use this forum to introduce the "people" who have bought homes. The newsletter announces birthdays, anniversaries and any other dates of celebration. It includes a prayer list of those in need and those with thankful praise. My clients are a large part of my success and I want them to know that I remember them and appreciate their help, always.
I vow to never quit communicating with my clients. Many of us have found the market situation a time when we need help from our past clients more than ever before. Their referrals can be the difference of survival or failure in a slow market. It's impossible to make money in this business under any market conditions without clients and yet many agents forget that the past client is the foundation to success.
