I have been a full time sales professional for my entire business life. I started with a small company that sold office equipment called Ascom Hasler whose main compaction was Pitney Bows this is where I learned how to sell Business to Business. I then had a unique opportunity to move to California, when I moved I wanted to try something new so I went to the Prudential California Realty Office to start my carrier. I have negotiated hundreds of contracts in Real Estate and my previous carrier at Ascom. I have evaluated multi-million dollar investments and organized dozens of strategies to optimize a properties value.
I am part of a team of Realtors available with a full understanding of real estate sales, Management, Investment and brokerage and a full time administrative assistant with knowledge in all BPO submission software. My team and I have the years of experience in marketing and selling foreclosed properties throughout southern California. I am comfortable with urban, suburban, and rural and extreme rural subject evaluations, as well as the most difficult ocean front estates.
