Hello, and thank you for taking time to visit my page! As my description reads, I am a younger agent with over a decade worth of business under my belt. I've been working on real estate here in Missoula since 1999, licensed since 2000. I work in a sales team with my mother and sister and we've just recently moved over to the local Windermere office, before that we worked together at the local RE/MAX office. I really enjoy this business, working with buyers and sellers is a blast, I love to help people in all aspects of their lives!
I'm a Missoula native, born and raised here, I graduated Hellgate High School in 1998, and briefly attended the University of Montana as well in 1999. I started going back to school in 2007, just part time to chip away towards a degree in business management which I finished in the spring of 2013. I have been married since 2001, and now have three wonderful children, a boy and two girls. Raising a family is a challenge for sure, but it's so rewarding, I love being a dad - I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
Living here in Western Montana is amazing, I love to be outdoors and here in Montana we have all sorts of opportunities. I love to fish, camp, hike, and just be outside. A few winters ago I learned to snowboard, while I'm terrible at it, it's good to be back up on the slopes, I hadn't been skiing or for years. In the summer I try to get out and golf as much as possible too. I'm an avid fan of Grizzly athletics, I support all things Griz, and you'll find me at all football games and most basketball games (when I can find babysitters!) In addition to work, school, and family, I really enjoy to read and blog as much as possible.
My RPR Story video showcasing why I use the RPR and it's got some cool shots of Missoula as well!
Working in a sales team has been great for me, my mother Judy has been selling real estate here in town since 1978, and the experience the two of us bring to the table is great. Mom provides the long-time experience and community base that she's built up, while I am much more based in technology. As a team we've constantly been the top producers for the RE/MAX office here in Missoula, and we've frequently been in the top 5 production for the Pacific Northwest. We've also recently expanded our family team, with my sister Kristina Wahlberg coming to work with us as well. At Windermere we've joined forces with some of the best in town and the amount of innovation and creative ideas shared here is great.
We are a full-service team, all three of us (Mom, Kris, and me) work with both buyers and sellers. We each have areas that we excel in, Judy with her long time experience in the market brings excellent historic information, long-term advice and input, and excellent negotiation skills. Judy continually provides city tours for companies making major hires and she's experienced with being an expert witness for real estate trials. As you'll see in my blog, I'm more of a numbers guy, I really like data and research - additionally I like to plan on strategy and unique marketing ideas. Most web marketing, QR code marketing, text marketing, and print marketing I will handle. Kris brings the fresh look and new ideas to the table that newer agents provide, sometimes it takes a fresh look to help us get out of our set ways.
I've been involved in many aspects of leadership but two that really stand out is my in-depth research for our board regarding the RPR and my boards involvement in the NAR Game Changer pick for our Front Porch project. I've served as a local director, MLS committee chair person, I've served on several task forces, and have been involved in member education. Putting energy into my association is something I love to do. I served as our local president in 2010 and felt a calling to run again, I'll be president once again in 2013 as well. At the state level I'm serving as the 2011 district vice president as well as the professional development committee chair. Additionally I served a 2-year term on the NAR Communications committee. Through my efforts in this realm I've received many recognitions, the two biggest to me were being named the 2011 Missoula Organizations Realtor of the Year and then the 2012 Realtor's Choice award winner.
2013 Missoula Organization of Realtors, "Realtors Choice" award winner
2011 Missoula Organization of Realtors, "Realtor of the Year"
2011 Montana Associaition of Realtors, "Realtor of the Year" finalist
Buyers agency, sellers agency, reserach, statistics, strategic planning, property management, expert witness

Brint is an excellent real estate agent! We were very pleased with his willingness to help out in every way he could. He did far more than what was required of him to make sure we were completely satisfied. He was patient with us as we made up our minds and found us plenty of places that were just what we had asked him for! |

When I finally decided to buy my first house, I was very nervous because I knew very little about what to expect, but after meeting with Brint, I was immediately put at ease. He answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the entire process of buying a house. He was always punctual and was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. When we toured different houses, he showed me what I should look for and gave me honest assessments of each house. With his help, I was able to quickly narrow down the house I wanted to buy. Once I started negotiations, he gave me great advice each step of the way. Brint made the whole home buying process a breeze, and by the time I was signing the papers for my new house, I was certain that I was getting a great house at a good price. I couldn't be happier with my new home, and I have Brint to thank for that! |

We've used Brint for 2 home sales and one purchase. On all three he did an excellent job - very responsive and knowledgeable of the process. We couldn't have been happier with his expertise and the service he provided to us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. |
I'm the team lead in my family sales team, there's 4 of us total with my mother (Judy), my sister (Kris), and my wife (Courtney)
